CANYON COASTER ADVENTURE PARK OPENS FRIDAY AT 9 AM

After persevering through months of Covid related delays and supply issues, the owners of the Canyon Coaster Adventure Park are opening the park for a soft launch Friday, April 8th at 9 am.

The park is offering residents of Williams, Parks, and Ash Fork rides on their Canyon Coaster, and runs on their Summer Mountain Tubing Hill for the greatly discounted price of $5 per ride. Locals must present identification showing they live in the area. The discounted rates run through April 24, excluding Easter weekend April 16 & 17. Non locals will be charged the posted rates.

The parks owners are donating all the money from the discounted local rides for the entire period to the sports programs of the Williams School District.

The Canyon Coaster is the first and only mountain coaster in Arizona. Riders can control their speed using brakes on each car, making it the perfect ride for any skill level. The coaster offers spectacular views of Williams and beyond. Riders will experience a variety of thrill ride features such as steep descents, dips, twists, hairpin turns and 360-degree corkscrews.

Riders on the tubing hill are whisked to the top on an uphill conveyor. The ride down the hill is atop snow play style inner tubes and is great fun.

Other areas of the park, including the restaurant, will be opening in the coming weeks, and an official Grand Opening will be announced. The owners spared no expense or effort to build a high quality, world class attraction that Williams residents can be proud of for many years to come.
